Story Summary:
After Earn breaks up with Po, Po lands a job directing a documentary about the
popular T-Pop group MARS, thanks to his friend Fern, a devoted fan of the
group. Po soon learns that the documentary focuses on the farewell speeches the
members will give to Thame, the group's leader.
On his first day, Thame mistakes Po for a stalker, leading
to a rocky start between them. However, once the misunderstanding is cleared,
Po begins to understand Thame's situation. Thame had always prioritized the
group and made difficult decisions without ever explaining his reasons, which
led to deep misunderstandings and resentment among the members. Thame never
wanted the group to disband.
Po encourages Thame to be honest with his members and share
his side of the story. As Thame’s departure to Korea approaches, he realizes he
doesn’t want to leave. What he truly wants is to reunite MARS. He asks Po for
help, saying the first person who must return is Jun.
Po manages to convince Jun, despite his initial reluctance,
to rejoin the group. With Jun back, Thame seeks out Dylan, the group’s main
rapper, who is now participating in underground rap battles. Thame puts his own
name and reputation on the line to win Dylan back.
Once Dylan returns, Pepper also rejoins the group. The last
remaining member is Nano, the youngest. They track him down through his social
media and plan a camping trip to reconnect with him. Po speaks to Nano and
ultimately convinces him to return as well.
During this time, Thame begins to question his feelings for
Po, especially after witnessing Po and Jun together. Jun constantly teases Po
about his feelings for Thame, further complicating matters.
Pepper, who has been quietly observing Thame, confronts him
and asks whether his jealousy over Po and Jun is platonic or romantic. He warns
that if Thame doesn’t clarify his feelings, he might end up hurting Po with
mixed signals.
MARS begins planning their comeback single—a song that had
previously been rejected by their agency, ONER. While filming the music video,
Jun tries to keep Po and Thame apart.
After the shoot, Dylan discovers that Ice, a solo artist
from ONER, has been singing and dancing to the very song MARS just finished
filming. This betrayal forces them to scrap their work and start over under an
even tighter deadline.
As they regroup, Thame and Jun finally reconcile. Jun
reveals to Thame that Po has feelings for him—after confirming that Thame
shares the same emotions. With this clarity, MARS successfully completes their
new single and prepares for their final concert.
However, once ONER learns about Thame and Po’s relationship,
the company attempts to protect Thame by instead exposing Pepper and Gam’s
hidden relationship. During a press interview, Pepper shocks the group by
announcing that he and Gam have already broken up.
Pemika, the CEO of ONER, privately threatens Po—telling him
to end things with Thame or risk ruining Thame’s career and the group's future.
Po, unwilling to be the cause of their downfall, breaks up with Thame and
returns home heartbroken.
Later, Pemika announces that Thame will be going to Korea,
breaking the agreement she had made with Po. Po, who had agreed to leave Thame
only if the group was allowed to stay together, fights to protect MARS despite
being fired. He also encounters his ex, Earn, who returns to give Po the
professional credits he was previously denied. Po tells Earn, “What I wasn't
given then—I don’t need anymore.”
With Thame completely cut off from the rest of the group,
the remaining members learn the truth about Po’s sacrifice. They join forces
with Po and their manager, Mick, to stop Thame from leaving and reveal to fans
the company’s actions.
At the farewell concert, Jun, Dylan, Pepper, Nano, and Po
expose the truth behind the disbandment and how Po fought to keep them
together.
After the concert, Jun tells Thame about everything Po had
done for him. Thame finds Po and reconciles with him. Back in the dressing
room, Jun and Nano help Pepper reconnect with Gam, bringing a full circle of
closure, healing, and renewed bonds.
